How to use

1. On the folder card, tap Download .ico (Windows). Save it somewhere you'll keep it (e.g. a Folder Icons folder — moving/deleting it later resets the icon).
2. Right-click your folder → Properties.
3. Go to the Customize tab → Change Icon…
4. Click Browse…, pick the .ico file you saved → OK → Apply.
5. Done! If it doesn't refresh, press F5 on the desktop.

1. Tap PNG 1024 to download the design.
2. Open the PNG in Preview → ⌘A (select all) → ⌘C (copy).
3. Right-click your folder → Get Info (⌘I).
4. Click the little folder icon at the top-left of the Info window so it's highlighted → press ⌘V (paste).
5. The icon updates instantly. To undo: select that icon again and press Delete.

iOS can't recolor real folders, but you can make custom app/shortcut icons on your Home Screen with these designs:

1. Tap PNG 1024 and save it to Photos.
2. Open the Shortcuts app → + → Add Action → search Open App → choose the app.
3. Tap the ⋯ menu → Add to Home Screen.
4. Tap the icon thumbnail → Choose Photo → pick your downloaded folder design.
5. Name it and tap Add. Hide the original app in the App Library for a clean look.

1. Tap PNG 1024 to save the design to your gallery.
2. Install a launcher that supports custom icons (e.g. Nova Launcher) — free.
3. Long-press an app or folder → Edit → tap the icon → Gallery / Custom → pick your design.
4. Apply. Many Samsung/Xiaomi launchers also allow this in their built-in theme settings.

1. Keep your .ico files in one safe folder on Windows — if you move them, the icon breaks.
2. Use matching themes per drive/section — e.g. coastal blues for work, coquette pinks for personal.
3. Skins (patterned) read best at larger sizes; icons (clean) stay sharp when tiny.
4. Folder icons are per-folder on Windows/Mac — set them one at a time for full control.
